At Finsolutia, we are growing our Information Technology (IT) team and are looking for an ETL Developer Analyst (M/F) to join us in Lisbon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working with data, thrives on solving complex challenges, and wants to play a key role in shaping data-driven decision-making across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our collaborative IT team, you will:

• Develop and implement advanced T-SQL procedures and functions, ensuring efficiency and scalability.


• Write optimised SQL queries to integrate with other applications and manage end-to-end ETL processes.


• Design robust database structures, tables, and objects.


• Define and implement best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes to drive efficiency and quality.


• Design and build impactful Power BI reports and dashboards (Operational, Strategic & Analytical) using DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modelling.


• Deliver insights that help the business monitor KPIs and make informed, data-driven decisions.


• Ensure the reliability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for both internal and external users.


• Work with Excel, Power BI, and PivotTables to extract, transform, and analyse data effectively.

What We’re Looking For (Hard Skills)

• Strong expertise in T-SQL (advanced level) and performance optimisation.


• Solid experience with ETL processes.


• Proficiency in developing and tuning Power BI dashboards, datasets, DAX, and SQL for optimal performance.


• Basic knowledge of Python and C#.


• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an Enterprise environment OR 5 years in any industry sector.


• At least a secondary school qualification (A-Levels or equivalent).


• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
