Functional Analyst

• Analyze business and functional requirements, translating them into clear specifications and process models
  
• Create and maintain UML and BPMN diagrams to support system design and development
  
• Ensure requirements and processes comply with eHealth standards such as FHIR and HL7
  
• Support testing and validation activities by providing functional insights and clarifications
  
• Collaborate with Agile teams using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps to manage backlog, user stories, and tasks
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, documenting requirements, processes, and updates in English
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
  
• +3 years of experience in functional and requirements analysis
  
• Experience with UML, BPMN, and Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
  
• Experience working with eHealth standards, including FHIR and HL7
  
• Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken
