Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, fostering effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Monitor activities and performance of agents, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements, contributing ideas to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
• Organize regular calls, events, and engagement opportunities to bring the community together and promote best practices.
• Ensure all agents are aligned with the latest methodologies, tools, and framework updates.

• Strong skills in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify gaps and suggest practical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and engaging with different teams
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in partner or community management roles.

• Workplace type: Hybrid in Lisboa or remote.
• This position is based in Portugal.
• Applicants must meet residency or eligibility criteria to work within the country (example: a residence permit or work visa).
