Tech Lead Senior (Event-Driven/.NET Core)

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon

What You’ll Do:

Define and enforce architectural best practices and SOLID principles across the engineering team.

Build and maintain microservices end-to-end, from data access (Entity Framework) to API endpoints.

Collaborate with solution architects to model and validate corporate processes, ensuring robust event flows and integration patterns.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Tech Lead on large projects with microservices and event-driven architecture—preferably using Kafka.

Expert proficiency in .NET Core (v6 or higher) and Entity Framework.

Deep understanding of event-driven concepts, message brokers, and asynchronous processing.

Passion for domain modeling (DDD) and designing systems with Clean Architecture patterns.

Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) certification or equivalent practical experience.

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD, Git), Scrum/Agile workflows, and Kubernetes orchestration.

Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

English, B2.
