RPA Tech Lead

• End -to -end project/service, client, and team management
  
• Technical ownership and governance of the automation project
  
• Follow -up, validation, and functional review of the team’s work
  
• Validation and code review of automation solutions
  
• Technical support, mentoring, and skills development of junior team members
  

Requirements

• +5 years of professional experience with relevant RPA Technical Lead roles
  
• Proven experience in project/service management within process automation initiatives
  
• Strong experience in team management and technical leadership
  
• Solid background in designing and implementing automations, with mandatory hands -on experience in UiPath and Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
  
• Languages: English (professional working proficiency)
