Technical Pre -Sales Engineer

• Identify business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and present observability solutions aligned with each organization’s specific needs.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams to demonstrate the value of the solutions, conduct proof of concepts (PoCs), and address technical requirements throughout the sales process.
  
• Deliver workshops and presentations to educate customers on observability best practices and how the solutions address specific challenges.
  
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to support the continuous improvement of products and services.
  

Requirements

• +3 years of experience in technical sales or pre -sales, preferably with observability, monitoring, or IT infrastructure solutions.
  
• Experience and knowledge of tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, or similar platforms.
  
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical concepts to non -technical audiences.
  
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  

• Relevant certifications in observability or monitoring.
  
• Previous experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  
• Active participation in technical communities or industry events.
