Cloud APLB Associate Engineer – CDN and DNS 

CONTEXT 

As a Cloud APLB Associate Engineer, you’ll be joining a Global team to help maintain, build and improve Richemont’s Multi-Cloud Environment, focusing on Application Delivery, more specifically on CDN and DNS. You’ll be responsible for performing CDN and DNS operations using Richemont’s own IaC Automation Tools, maintain the Infrastructure and help improving it. Our goal is to maintain and enhance a flexible, resilient, secure and scalable environment while keeping a focus on operational excellence. 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?   

• Analyse, Configure and Troubleshoot CDN related objects 

• Evaluate WAF Policies and Security Risks for applications hosted on our CDN 

• Operate our Public DNSs 

• Develop Tools to help automating the configuration of CDN and DNS 

• Participate on the enhancement of DNS Security for our Public Domains 

• Perform Level 2 Support – CDN and DNS incidents 

• Liaise with the Engineering team to provide feedback and propose changes to enhance the quality, resilience and security of the services provided to our customers 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US? 

• Experience with Administering CDN and DNS Infrastructure 

• Customer facing experience 

• Well versed on Network and Web Security 

• Experience on a highly automated environment – DevOps Practices 

• Experience with IaC Tools 

• Terraform 

• Ansible 

• Git 

• GitLab CI 

• Experience with Public Cloud Computing 

• AWS 

• ALI 

• GCP 

• Up to date on new Security Threats (i.e., CVEs) and how to mitigate them 

• Good notion of programming languages and scripting 

• Python 

• Bash 

• TCL 

• Certifications are a plus 

• IaC: Terraform Associate, Red Hat Certified Specialist, GitLab Certified CI/CD Associate  

• Cloud Providers: AWS, ALI, GCP
