Your responsibilities and impact working as a Customer Advisorwill be:

• Ensuringexcellent customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical assistance in an appropriate and friendly manner.
• Managing and responding to customer requests through phone and email.
• Meet and exceed customer service quality and productivity goals as well as compliance regulations.
• Build meaningful relationship, addressing customer inquiries with politeness, warmth, and professionalism.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• A native-level proficiency in Norwegian and a minimum B2 level of English
• A valid Portuguese work permit/a nationality that allows you to work in an EU-country
• Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbonfor an international career and life experience - looking for a longer-term job in Portugal
• Motivation and commitment to give excellent customer service
• Excitement about intercultural communication and embracing the expatriate lifestyle

• 17079€/year plus performance bonus starting from the 4th month in the company
