EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE COO

Our client is one of the largest national Retail Chains in Portugal. Our client is a reference in the Retail area w multiple stores in Europe. Currently looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the COO in Portugal. Description Reporting to the Board Member you will have to: Manage the COO's agenda; Support meetings and the needed documentation; Book travels and the correspondent logistic; Contact management; Point of contact with different stakeholders within the company; Other administrative tasks. Profile We are looking for candidates with: BA Degree in relevant areas (mandatory); Proven experience of at least 5 years supporting a Board Member or a Leadership team; Fluency in English (mandatory) Good Spanish will be appreciated; Empathy and ability to establish good relationships at work; Ability to work in an autonomous way; Sense of confidentiality; Availability to work at the office; Flexibility.
