FINANCE MANAGER

* Our client is a reference multinational company operating within the industrial sector, specializing in the manufacturing of automotive components. Reporting to the General Manager, would be responsible for manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, taxes prices, financial reporting and financial incentives. Description Lead a department of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to the people; Calculate the price and costing for automotive industry including full project margin evaluation; Implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and drive operational efficiency; Participate in the development of the company's strategic vision and long-term planning efforts; Propose and implement local solutions to address specific business challenges and opportunities; Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, presentations, and analysis for management and stakeholders. Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar; Previous experience as Finance Manager; Fluency in English; Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve results; Proven track record of driving financial performance and implementing process improvements; Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization; Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills preferred; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
