French Administrative Assistant Our client is a recognized service provider in the management of health insurance and pension fund contracts. A company with strong and continuous growth with focus on constant progress, dedicated to optimizing management and customer satisfaction. Looking for long-term committed candidates to develop a career in Administrative and Customer support, with an excellent native level of French and previous admin-relevant experience. Responsibilities: - Take charge of the proposals for joining insurances; - Ensure the payment of complementary health benefits; - Ensure payment of benefits to our networks of healthcare professionals; - Manage customer service and telephone service with our customers. - This back-office function is mainly oriented towards administrative activity; - Telephone service of incoming calls in insurance consulting will be provided punctually, after complete training in health insurance management.
