Job Description



The Candidate will join the team as business analyst, assisting the business on the improvement of the solution, identifying solutions and it’s build the specifications to share with IT team. The candidate will also be responsible for the test written/execution of the business request (done by him/her or by another team member)

 

Main responsibilities:

- Act as a bridge between the operational business teams and the 3rd party application vendor;

- Assist, design and implement a revised IT operating model for the applications, including the build out of a wider L1 & L2 support team and working with the vendor to transfer support knowledge internally.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of system design, development, implementations, and user support principles and practices
  • Experience of querying SQL databases is essential, Mongo experience a plus
  • Experience with Linux and Windows, administration including day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting and development is essential
  • Understanding of infrastructure, networks and systems connectivity (e.g. APIs)

 

Language Skills:  

  • English (Expert)

  • Experience of working within a global organization and working with teams across a number of locations
  • Demonstrable ability to face challenges with an analytical approach and to find solutions to effectively solve problems
  • Ability to liaise with both internal and external parties at all levels in a professional and efficient manner
  • Capable and organized team player with excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills, who shares ideas and best practice within the team and across the organization for the benefit of the business
  • Self-motivated and results focused
