Challenge:
As Office Manager you will be manage the General Services Team, as well as the daily office operations. You will find yourself in between planning corporate events and meetings, following up on our suppliers and ensuring general workplace wellbeing, cleaning and maintenance.
Your mission is to ensure an efficient functioning of Parfois´ Headquarters and Logistics Centre via a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks. If you are pragmatic, organized and detail oriented, this could be the challenge for you!
· Previous experience as Office Manager or in a similar position
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Organized, pragmatic and detailed oriented
· Fluent in English
· Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
· University degree preferred but not required
· Manage the general office
activities such as the canteen service, cleaning, vending (among others) and
maintain the relationships with our goods/services suppliers
· Ensure that the reception area is welcoming and reflects our company´s image
· Assist in planning corporate events, meetings and special days
· Assist on resolving office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
· Provide support to the HRBP team (scheduling travel and accommodation for candidates, preparing of onboarding kits, others useful tasks)
