As a Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will handle a broad range of duties to enhance the CEO's productivity and facilitate their daily activities. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's email and schedule, ensuring prompt and efficient correspondence and optimal calendar organization with internal and external parties. You will prepare for and follow up on meetings, manage travel arrangements, and support project management. Additionally, you will handle financial tasks such as expense reporting and personal financial management. The role extends to personal responsibilities, including managing the CEO's personal appointments, errands, and projects, as well as assisting with gifts, social obligations, and various administrative tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
Location: Remote, United Kingdom
Duration: Indefinite
Timezone: UK (GMT / GMT+1)
Commitment: part-time for 3 months, with the possibility to convert to full-time
