ABOUT THIS JOB :
Will be part of the Customer Service Iberia team focus on Retailers. Will be trained in NIQ tools/others (Discover, Microsoft Dynamics) and NIQ methodology to support the daily retailers and internal requests. These requests are mainly: manage orders or issues, set-up the platform/access in case of new clients/users, prepare data pull, manage report requests and triaging/managing software issues.
