Location: all over Portugal (mainland)

• Remote work system from anywhere in Portugal (mainland) – Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 23:59 (5 days/week, 40h/week, 8h/day (+1h lunch break) – full time)

We are growing in our Fraud Prevention team and if you are German speaking Apple fun looking for a new challenge & working from home in Portugal opportunities, this offer is just for you!

As a Customer Support you will:

• Handle mainly back office fraud prevention tasks
• be assigned online shopping orders that fall within the scope of questionable reliability
• Make outbound calls as needed to gather additional information from customers, and respond exclusively to callback requests
• Assess various data sets and conduct an inquiry to determine whether to approve or cancel an order
• Spot and document any unusual activities, uncover patterns and flagging emerging issues

Competitive salary and compensation system from 1206€gross /month (calculation for 40 hours/week) :

• 1034€ gross x 12 month – base salary
• 172€ / Month – Christmas bonus + holiday bonus
• 7 € / day (c.a. 154€ /Month) – Meal allowance paid via the food card that can be used in supermarkets, cafeterias and restaurants
• Extra paid night shifts & weekends (according to the Portuguese law)

What do we expect:

• Fluency in German (C1 – native level)
• Proficiency in English – (min. B2 level)
• You live anywhere in Portugal (mainland) or you are ready to relocate there
• Sharp and privacy-compliant conversational skills when discussing order details with bill
• Ability for deep analysis on customer data
• Strong problem-solving skills in order to deliver customer focused solutions
• We do NOT require previous experience, we will teach you everything

EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is mandatory
