Responsibilities:

• Record all transactions in the accounting process.
• Compute pertinent accounting entries.
• Generate import files for the system.
• Maintain control sheets for entry calculations.
• Ensure tax compliance.
• Initiate transfer orders or collaborate with the Back-Office to commence processes.
• Provide support for statutory reporting.
• Draft initial versions of invoices.
• Organize physical and virtual files for the team's portfolio according to agreed-upon standards.
• Send basic electronic communications to clients (invoices, bank statements, etc.).
• Contribute to updating department control sheets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  
• 5 years of minimum work experience
  
• Solid background in accounting.
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Proficient in the MS Office suite.
  
• Strong teamwork abilities.
  
• Quick learner with adaptability to changing environments.
  
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
