We arecurrently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager, ProjectPlanning, to oversee and coordinate our project planning processes. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensiveproject plans, establishing timelines, allocating resources, andensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Thisrole requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizationalabilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing complexprojects.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project planning strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Lead and oversee the project planning team, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings to keep stakeholders informed of progress and any changes.
• Evaluate project performance against established metrics and benchmarks, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project planning team.
Bachelor's degree in project planning, engineering, architecture, or a related field would be beneficial.
Master's degree or certification preferred.
Minimum15 years of experience in project management or project planning roles,with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projectson time and within budget.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectivelycollaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiencyin project management software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira,Asana) and familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g.,Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.).
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
