This role will involve identifying potential candidates, engaging with job seekers, conducting initial screening and interviews, and liaising with hiring managers. As this is an entry-level position, no prior experience is required. We offer fully paid training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

• Fluency in Finnish
• Valid European Union passport
• Willingness to undertake a 4-month training program in Athens
• Ability to work remotely post-training

• A competitive salary of 2000 euros per month, plus bonuses
