Requirements

We’ll be a great match if you:Have a high level of Dutch and English fluency (B2)Have at least 1 year of experience in the sales industry (mandatory)Have at least 6 months of experience in cold calling for salesKnow CRM systemAre outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone mannerIt would be a plus if you:Have good interpersonal and communication skills, including strong collaboration, influencing, and facilitation skillsAre skilled in compiling and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources with strong attention to detailAre self-driven, adaptable, and a reliable team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility and resiliency.If you feel you don’t check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
