Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Supervisor at W Algarve. The Event Supervisor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events. This includes coordinating with vendors, overseeing event logistics, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills, Event Planning, and Event Management
• Sales skills in Social Events and Weddings
• Excellent customer service and Communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
