Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

EDI Plant Coordinator:
- Coordination of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) topics and implementation with supplier;
- EDI contracts; New connections for new suppliers and EDI maintenance. Inbound plant coordinator:
- Process Project Leader responsible for consignment (CONSI) activities related with contract Management (VMI and CMI);
- Identify new potential suppliers for CONSI implementation;
- Follow up discussions with suppliers where implementation is ongoing;
- Manage internal section meetings with all planners to monitor and implement new parts in CONSI. SAP Key User for LOS:
- Assure Key User proxy activities at Logistics Supplier Interface;
- Support SAP issues & maintenance with Logistics Supplier Interface Team.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Enthusiasm: Enthusiastic for logistics and all the supply chain, we desire someone that has fun to collaborate with internal customers and international teams; like to identify and solve tricky problems. Enjoy the team together at office as well with home office.
Know How: We want someone with knowledge about procurement processes, negotiation in difficult situations and able to manage stressful work environment. Ability to execute logistic Projects/initiatives is a must. Proficiency in MSOffice, namely in Excel, Power Point, and experience in Power BI. Mandatory knowledge in SAP.
Personality: We are looking for someone with a strong teamwork ability, communication skill and continuous improvement.
Experience: We are looking for someone with a minimum 3 years of experience in industrial operations, preferably in reporting and data analytics.
Education: Background in Economics, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
Working: Good skills to understand complex technical tasks and being result-orientated and Self-organized. You have an analytical mindset.
Languages: Fluent proficiency in English is mandatory (spoken and written).
