TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Description This professional will be responsible for: Supervise whole construction process and quality of the works; Coordinate contractors and suppliers involved in the construction process; Represent company in all matters related to technical and organizational issues arising from day-to-day activities of the work; Identify/manage issues/risks arising during the project implementation; Manage resources and direct project to the full completion; Cooperate and communicate with internal and external project stakeholders; Costs estimate preparation. Profile We are looking for professionals with the following characteristics: Higher Education of Civil Engineering and previous experience in construction management; Previous experience in a similar function within logistics real estate will be positively appreciated; Good knowledge of construction management software: design, budget, time scheduling, etc; Strong organizational and leadership skills; Communication and analytical skills; Ability to switch between more projects at the same time; Fluent in English; Possibility to go on business trips in Portugal; Job Offer A great opportunity for professional growth.
