As a Content Marketing Executive at Highgate, you will have multifaceted role, contributing to both content creation for our hotel management company and assisting the Marketing Coordinator in various marketing activities.

 Main Responsibilities, among others:

• Develop compelling and engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, and email campaigns, to promote Highgate's hotel properties.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content calendars and strategize content initiatives aligned with brand objectives and target audience interests.
• Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy tailored to different marketing channels and customer segments.
• Ensure content consistency, brand voice adherence, and alignment with SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and engagement.
• Oversee the content publishing process, including scheduling, editing, and optimizing content for various platforms and audiences.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools to track key metrics and insights, making data-driven decisions to optimize content effectiveness and drive results.
• Deliver monthly social media and content reports with main KPI from analytics platforms
• Assist the Marketing Coordinator in executing marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to promote Highgate's hotel properties and enhance brand awareness.
• Support market research efforts to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate marketing collateral production, distribution, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing systems, content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and analytics software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Portuguese.
• Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva is a plus.
• Availability to travel within the portfolio (with driver license cat. B).
