As a Customer Service Associate (Orders & Claims Management) you will be part of the Europe Supply Chain team. Your main mission will beto provide high levels of Customer support and interaction, and c ommunicate effectively with regards to incoming orders, products requests, price inquires, supply inquires, delivery management, export documents creation, order status follow-up .

Order and Request operations in GBS:

• Key orders accurately and on-time with regard to internal procedures and with agreed service level targets

• Management of complaint handling cases and appropriate follow through

• Process and follow-up customer inquiries related to its scope

• Front-office for customer contact: telephone, e-mail, chat contact with customers

• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

• Contact customers on appropriate communication channel (phone, e-mail, chat, …) as needed

• Monitor performance and take appropriate actions to achieve Bic business targets

Qualifications:

• High school degree (University education is desired)

• 3-5 years of Customer Service experience in a multinational company, preferably CPG/FMCG

• Advanced English and Portuguese; basic Spanish will be a plus

• Exposure to ERPs; JDE is a plus

• Customer service orientation and attention to details

• Ability to work in teams and with deadlines

• Ability to work with different customer profiles, from small family business to modern mass markets and e-commerce, different divisions of sales and different categories of products
