Why are we recruiting

We are strengthening our global marketing team to develop the Unilabs brand and create campaigns and content that globally better serve our various target audiences, generate revenue and bring our Unilabs brand and brand portfolio to the next level.

Position overview

In this role, you will be responsible to create business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) global toolboxes, ensuring Unilabs unique value propositions shine through, brand fundamentals are available and guidelines are respected.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and implements a comprehensive global brand strategy that aligns with company objectives and market opportunities.

• Position Unilabs as a leader in the diagnostics and beyond highlighting its unique value propositions

• Leads the creation and execution of impactful global marketing campaigns across customer groups, based on market data and insights, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values and messaging.

• Oversees content strategy and production, ensuring high-quality, engaging and relevant content across all channels and platforms incl. corporate website.

• Drives brand awareness, memorability and equity through strategic initiatives and partnerships.

• Ensures brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

• Analyzes market trends, consumer insights, competitor activities and emerging technologies to inform brand and toolbox strategies.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, product management, CX, business development, local marketing teams, sales, customer service to ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation.

• Develops and manages the global brand, campaign and content budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

• Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and content, using data to drive continuous improvement.

• Champions the brand internally and with talent acquisition, collaborating closely with internal communications and HR to ensure all employees and prospect talents are engaged and aligned with the brand values and vision.

• Builds and maintains relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing efforts.

• Leads the development of the brand guidelines and ensures adherence across all regions and departments.

• Manages a global team of brand, campaign and content professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare, diagnostic or FMCG industry.

• Proven leadership experience with track record of managing and developing high performance teams to successfully executing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns and strategies.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and emerging marketing technologies.

• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a strong consistent brand across multiple regions and channels.

• Exceptional ability to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English, other languages a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field; Masters or MBA, a plus.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment in transformation.

• Team player and skilled to forge strong multi-functional collaborations.
