Profile

Professional with minimal academic training at the Master level in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence & Analytics. Analytical mind, problem solving attitude and aptitude, with abilities to take initiative and be innovative. Analytical, good communicator, and ability to turn data into knowledge.

Academic Background

Masters in informatics, Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Biomedical Engineer, or similar, with specialization in Business Intelligence, Decision Support Systems or equivalent.

Experience

Minimum academic experience of two years working with Business Intelligence technologies. Knowledge in advanced analytical academic projects applied to business context on premises or in the cloud. Knowledge in the healthcare sector is valued.

Technical Knowledge

• Programming languages: PL/SQL, SQL
• In-depth understanding of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server), online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) frameworks (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator, SQL Server Integration Services, PowerCenter)
• Experience with data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling, star & snowflake schemas) and data mining
• Experience in BI technologies and reporting tools (e.g., SQL Server Analysis Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, OBIEE)

Communication Domain of the English language
