JOB PURPOSE
- Controlling Engineering Department on the accounting part.
- Process Engineering scope.
- In charge: performance, compliance, method & process with 3 axes (Functions/ Métiers, Projects, flow between Subsidiaries and Holding).
- Reports to Engineering Controlling Manager.
- Hybrid working regime : in the 1st month, 2 weeks in Spain (Madrid or Valladolid) and 2 weeks home office; in the 2nd month, 1 week in Spain (Madrid or Valladolid) and 3 weeks home office; From the 3rd month onwards, occasional trips to Spain.
- Working hours : Flexible entry and exit times, between 7am and 6pm.
KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES
- Implementing Process Engineering Controlling animation within Horse (animation meetings, standard reports, method & process, define tools)
- Ensuring the implementation of Delegation of Authorities within Horse
- Animate the invoices flow between Holding and Subsidiaries for the monthly closing.
-- Ensuring the implementation of the internal control and periodic assessment of its effectiveness, especially by:
- Ensuring the robustness, integrity, and completeness of economical information
- Ensuring compliance with legal, tax and regulatory requirements Performance management
-- Projects performance management:
- Optimizing performance of Process Entry Ticket, and preparation for decision meetings (GCAC, others)
- Leading the process Engineering Controlling Budget & Reforecast (gross expenses and invoicing), define reports or use standard reports to respect the objectives and monitoring the follow-up and convergence (plan, budget, forecast, actual).
- Monitoring the convergence process.
- Monitoring and Analysing Actual results, putting in place regular meetings and reporting
- Collaborate for projects with partners (invoicing, milestone,etc)
- Verifying the coherence of the project with the plans and budget
- Contributing for the preparation of SOW (statement of work) with subsidiaries, partners
- DOA: controlling compliance and giving advice for decision
-- Being a business partner and contributing to optimize the economic performance of Process Engineering especially by:
- Providing to operational managers reliable economic data and relevant analysis
- Suggesting action plans to operational managers and supporting them in the
- implementation and the monitoring
-- Study and monitor transversal topics given by hierarchy (prototypes organization, )
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Academic training: ideally Bachelors degree.
- Professional experience: minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
- English required.
