Location: work from home in Portugal

Role: French speaking Hotel Reservation Agent

Salary:  basic gross p/m Euro 1069 (paid 12x p/a) + Euro 100 gross p/m performance bonus potential and 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucher plus 20 Euro monthly transport allowance.

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Sunday – 06:30 to 22:00 

The Company

Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their work from home operation in Portugal, they are looking to recruit fluent French speakers to joing their international hotel reservation team. This is a fully remote role that can be done from anywhere in Portugal.

The Role

As a Hotel Reservation Agent you will be working for a hotel reservation platform for the French market. You will assist customers through the various channels such as phone, email, live chat and Social Media regarding queries bookings, cancellations, changes etc. Besides this, you will handle any complaints in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English
• Previous Customer Support experience desired
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and attention to details

Competitive monthly gross salary of :  basic gross p/m Euro 1069 (paid 12x p/a) + Euro 100 gross p/m performance bonus potential and 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucher plus 20 Euro monthly transport allowance. Fully paid training is provided.
