We are seeking a dynamic CRM & Admin Sales Support professional to join our Iberia team. This role involves maintaining the quality of client and prospect data in the CRM , devising and executing strategies to enhance customer relationships , and generating regular reports on sales team performance.  

What responsibilities and objectives will you have?

• Responsible for the quality of the clients and prospects data in the CRM. This includes ensuring accuracy, updates, and follow-ups.
• Propose and implement actions to enhance our customer relationships.
• Work on improving overall customer satisfaction and retention rates.
• Produce regular and on-demand reporting on the sales team activity and performance.

Well, what will the requirements be?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2/3+ years) in CRM management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in English and native Portuguese or Spanish.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and presentation tools.
• Experience in customer segmentation, campaigns management, and customer journey mapping.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Resilience working under pressure and tight deadlines.
