Note that this vacancy is Remote , but our candidates must be based in Portugal . We will not move forward with applicants based outside of Portugal.

Job Purpose

As a part of our account team and in close relationship with customer, partner (SW and/or HW) and related Fujitsu teams define requirements, GAP analysis, lead the overall solution design to make sure that the solution fulfills the fiscal requirement in the market and assist development and roll-out project with fiscal related services. To contribute to profitable service/solution business by taking accountability that services/solution can be delivered as designed, are suited for future standardization and related risks are understood.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision of the overall solution to fulfill the fiscal requirement in the market.
• Analyse and Define Solution Requirements, based on the Fiscal Regulation – not only for POS solution.
• Study and analyse Development phases for Fiscal solutions and provide technical input throughout the development cycle.
• Ensure that the whole solution in according to the defined solution requirements during development.
• Determine the primary components and subsystems of the fiscal solution and identify the interfaces between them.
• Communicate with all involved stakeholders to collect and meet the requirements provided by them and make sure that all stakeholders understand the requirements.
• Interact with SW and HW partners and fiscal partners.
• Interact with FJ local team (in specific country)
• Interact with Country IT at customer side.
• If needed, engage PWC /KPMG or another advisor.
• Create and document solution design for a project, based on the standard solution provided by Fujitsu and the defined how the solution fulfills the Fiscal requirements.
• Engage with Fujitsu EPIC Leads and customer to present solution design.
• Assist Fujitsu colleagues with clarification for Process documentation, based on Solution design.
• Participate in meeting with the customer to help present status.
• Contribute to the health of the planning tool used by the team (JIRA) and confluence.
• Use to work in both waterfall projects and Agile.
• If needed, support development and implementation project with clarification about Solution Design
• Make sure that Design meets and aligns with the MSA (master agreement) when it comes to solution and processes.
• Have a good understanding of outsourcing delivery and setup.
• Good collaborations with platform architects at FJ and fiscal suppliers

Key Performance Indicators

• Designs meet customer expectation and require minimal rework, following review. “Fit for purpose” solution.
• Solution meets the appropriate optimized cost point.
• Conformity with prescribed processes and methodologies for development of solutions ant their approvals
• Maximized used of Account standard Portfolio, Service Elements and Delivery capability.
• Make sure that the design meets fiscal requirements. Have a good overview of the fiscal requirements and the whole solution, not only POS.

Required Experience

• Relevant professional IT experience (at least 5 to 10 years)
• Very good Linux and Windows experience and knowledge
• Good knowledge of a single solution development lifecycle area
• Experienced in Infrastructure Design and Architecture
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting in IT solutions
• Outsourcing experience (at least 5 to 10 years)
