Your new function
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
· To support the internal areas in projects related with finance, assessing the P&L impact and monitor deviations plan vs actuals;
· To develop a Business Partnering relationship that fosters trust, values a collaborative relationship, and focuses on creating value for both the internal stakeholder and the company;
· To understand in detail the budget of the internal areas, and the respective Opex/Capex challenges, and support them to address these;
· To deliver business target agreements and SLA’s including saving initiatives and execution of local material category strategies across the Technology area;
· Coordination of procurement projects and initiatives in the Technology areas; be involved in the initiatives kick-off and execution.
What you need to be succeeded
· University degree preferably in the areas of engineering, management, marketing, finance or economics;
· 5 years experience, mainly on Supply Chain areas;
· Proeficient English;
· Strong ability to connect easily with different stakeholders;
· Willingness to learn, to embrace challenges and responds well to change;
· Proactivity to challenge the status quo and problem solving mindset;
· Able to manage pushed deadlines and pressure;
· Autonomy and hands-on.
