As a Customer Service Representative - Marketing Expert, you will build strong relationships with new and existing clients through telephone, chat, and email, identifying sales opportunities and delivering top-notch solutions tailored to their goals. You will manage and grow a dynamic portfolio of SMB clients, helping them achieve and exceed their revenue targets. Your understanding of local business landscapes will allow you to create customized advertising experiences that resonate. By providing insightful performance analyses and optimizations, you will ensure clients get the best out of their advertising efforts. You will continuously enhance your knowledge of advertising solutions and share valuable insights to elevate the entire team's expertise.

We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of working experience in relationship sales, ad sales, or digital marketing; fluency in English is required. The Schedule is Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, in Entrecampos, Lisbon.
