We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to join our team at sheerME, a digital marketplace connecting customers with all wellness and beauty services around them, enabling seamless online bookings and payments anytime, anywhere. As the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness for our online platform. You'll report directly to the sheerME’s founder and CEO, who drives the vision and our mission, and work closely with product and sales teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials that engage and educate our audience. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities may include: - Driving the Marketing team’s strategy and contractors (when available) -  Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising - Creating and distributing promotional materials such as email newsletters, blog posts, and social media content - Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance - Collaborating with partners and influencers to build strategic relationships, drive brand awareness, partnerships and sponsors, - Developing and managing budgets for marketing initiatives - You'll need a strong understanding of the wellness and beauty industry and the opportunity to digitizing this industry. You should have excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment; Marketing and Innovation are about trial and error, learning, adjusting, and iterating to improve.
