Your Impact

As an Account Executive, you will independently lead deal cycles of moderate to high complexity, driving significant business contributions in Portugal. You will orchestrate strategic customer engagements, cultivating deep relationships with senior Executives and leaders. You will develop a profound understanding of their evolving business challenges and align Cisco's innovative solutions to deliver measurable, ground-breaking value. Build authentic trust, run sophisticated deals, and lead a customer-first strategy to ensure long-term success and growth for both Cisco and our clients. Collaborate with our Partners to enact Customer's vision and strategy with defined business outcomes. Your success will be defined by your ability to expand Cisco's footprint, foster enduring customer partnerships, and proactively find opportunities that empower businesses.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Validated experience independently leading end-to-end deal cycles of high complexity.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and develop accounts within a regional or national area, engaging with senior and C-suite leaders.
  • Track record of independently negotiating standard deals, articulating compelling value propositions.
  • Experience in crafting and presenting customer-first strategies and comprehensive account plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and effective sales pipeline management.
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of the Portugal market dynamics, new technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills, with a validated ability to build trust and influence key organizational partners.
  • Strong analytical approach to identify and implement improvements in internal sales processes and workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to actively collaborate with diverse internal and external teams to solve complex customer challenges.
