Account Growth & Reorders

New Business Development

Travel to key markets for high-impact in-person meetings and presentations
Position Assembly as a premium, sustainable manufacturing partner through strategic outreach
Rapidly engage with and pursue high-potential Tier 1 inbound leads.
Convert promising Tier 2 leads into Tier 1 opportunities through consultative selling
Strategic Planning & Collaboration
Provide valuable market feedback to product and production teams
Play an active role in shaping and executing sales strategies
Ensure accurate tracking of pipeline and deal progress within HubSpot
Work closely with marketing to drive targeted regional campaigns and initiatives
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in premium apparel, fashion, or branded merchandise
Track record of consistently exceeding quota and building long-term client relationships
Strong presence and ability to command a room during enterprise presentations
Natural curiosity and consultative approach to understanding client needs
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
Willingness to travel to attributed markets periodically
Nice-to-Have Skills and Knowledge:
Experience in Hubspot and Asana
Deep understanding of brand building and premium positioning
Experience selling premium products or services to enterprise clients
Strong aesthetic sense and genuine interest in fashion and design
History of building and maintaining C-level relationships
Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
Base Salary: 32,000 - 35,000 € per year
Commissions: up to 17,000€ per year
