Right now,
we are looking for an Account Manager to integrate our internal team, based in Porto.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage and develop a
    portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring close and proactive follow -up;

  • Deeply understand
    customers' business needs and propose appropriate technological solutions;

  • Identify and execute
    opportunities for up -selling and cross -selling products and services;

  • Create account plans
    and commercial strategies to achieve and exceed defined objectives;

  • Negotiate and renew
    contracts, ensuring advantageous and sustainable conditions for both
    parties;

  • Coordinate with
    technical, pre -sales, and after -sales teams to ensure the delivery of
    quality solutions, within deadlines and expectations;

  • Monitor project execution;
  • Represent the
    company at meetings, events, and networking activities in the IT sector;

  • Stay up to date on
    technological trends and innovations, serving as a trusted advisor to
    customers.

 

You must have:

  • Experience in
    account management or sales roles in the IT sector;

  • Strong
    communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills;

  • Results oriented and
    able to work with challenging goals;

  • Solid knowledge of
    technological solutions and market trends;

  • Ability to manage
    multiple clients and monitor projects simultaneously;

  • Team spirit and proactivity.

·        Higher education in Sales, Marketing, Business
Administration, or a related field;

·        Relevant network of contacts in the sector of Retail,
Leisure and Hospitality, which could be useful for networking and sales
opportunities.
