Account Manager Porto, Portugal

What youll do

• Manage relationships with Norwegian-speaking clients: serve as the main point of contact, handle communication in Norwegian (and English when needed), and ensure clients receive top-tier support.
• Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and deliver regular reports helping clients achieve their goals while ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, finance and support teams to coordinate service delivery, solve problems, and align internal processes with client needs.
• Identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities, propose tailored solutions, and contribute to business growth in the Norwegian market.
• Ensure clarity and professionalism in all interactions: manage client inquiries, requests, or complaints and provide timely, accurate responses.

What were looking for

• Fluent Norwegian (native or C1+) with excellent written and oral communication; good English to navigate a multilingual, international environment.
• Previous experience in account management, sales support, customer service or client-facing roles, ideally with international clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, organisational talent, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines and priorities; initiative, proactivity, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, multicultural team and adapting to changing demands and client needs.
