Your mission, roles and responsibilities

As an Accounting & Reporting Specialist, you will:

•    Ensure accurate and timely accounting records and financial reporting (SAP & METIS)
•    Lead month-end and year-end closing activities
•    Support teams with accounting and tax classifications
•    Ensure compliance with local regulations and IFRS standards
•    Perform reconciliations (sub-ledger, intercompany, fixed assets)
•    Analyze R&D projects under IFRS15
•    Prepare and lead Balance Sheet Reviews and follow up on action plans
•    Support internal and external audits

Your profile and competencies to succeed

•    Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Management
•    3+ years of experience in General Ledger in a GBS context
•    Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
•    Strong communication skills in English (French, Spanish, or German is a plus)
•    Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and results-driven
•    Team player with an international mindset
•    Comfortable working in a matrix organization
