What you’ll do:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded


• Process and reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports


• Manage payroll and expense reporting processes


• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring deadlines are met


• Assist with month-end close tasks, including account reconciliations and analysis


• Provide support to the accounting and financial operations of the Portuguese entity


• Collaborate in the audit process, preparing documentation and liaising with the CPA/Statutory Auditor


• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of accounting processes and procedures

What you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field


• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience


• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping procedures and month end close activities


• Excellent MS Excel skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with ERP Primavera


• Experience with EPICOR


• Fluency in English, written and spoken


• Multinational environment experience


• Organization and problem-solving skills with excellent use of logic
