A day in the life

The Administration Officer is responsible for assisting with the accounting and administrative functions at the Goldfields Resort. This position processes the accounts payable and receivable functions, daily banking and provides administrative support to the staff and management of the Goldfields Resort with other key programs such as People & Culture support, Employee Engagement initiatives and Work, health & Safety.

We’re looking for…

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role


• An understanding of financial information and data


• A strong analytical mind with numeric/literacy skills


• Typing efficiency


• Familiarity with Concur/SAP ideal – or similar


• Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience


• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel
