Ads Support Specialist

About the Role

As an Ads Support Specialist, you will provide support to advertisers using the platform through email, chat, and phone. Your responsibilities will include resolving issues related to advertising accounts, payments, account access, campaign performance, and platform functionality. You will also guide users through platform policies and best practices while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Support advertisers with account, campaign, and payment-related inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues affecting ads and advertising accounts.
• Guide users through platform features, policies, and account requirements.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1/C2)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work rotating shifts

Working Conditions

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
• Start Date: 31 August or 14 September (fixed)
• 24/7 rotating shifts
• 40-hour work week
• 15 working days of paid training before starting the role. Candidates who successfully complete the training will proceed to the employment contract.

Salary & Benefits

• Total monthly gross salary: €1,248
• Performance bonus: Up to €200 per month
