AdTech Business Development Manager

Role Objective Grow Azerion Portugal’s AdTech business by converting commercial opportunities into incremental and profitable revenue. While taking ownership of our SaaS DSP solution (Hawk), this role demands a broader strategic focus to drive our entire AdTech portfolio. The position combines proactive prospecting, developing new accounts and partnerships, expanding existing customer footprints, and steering commercial opportunities from pitch to activation.

Key Responsibilities

• SaaS & AdTech Business Development: Promote our proprietary DSP (Hawk) alongside advanced data-driven solutions (Mobile Proximity, Brand Lift Studies) to media agencies and direct clients. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and develop new revenue streams.


• Customer Acquisition: Prospect new business, conduct high-impact sales meetings, build a robust pipeline, and effectively convert opportunities into successfully activated campaigns.


• Partner Management: Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with agencies and partners, managing the full sales cycle from initial presentation to active business generation.


• Internal Coordination: Work closely with the General Manager and Commercial Director to prioritize strategic opportunities, and align continuously with our Ad Operations team to ensure technical feasibility, seamless integration, and premium delivery.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Business Development or Sales experience within the AdTech, Programmatic, or Digital Media industry.


• Deep understanding of DSPs, SaaS platforms, and data-driven advertising ecosystems.


• An established network within Portuguese media agencies and direct advertisers.


• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear commercial value.


• Strong collaborative skills to thrive in a specialized, agile local team within a multinational framework.
