AI Creative Designer

At Salt, we believe AI is transforming creativity. We're looking for a passionate AI Creative Designer who doesn't just use AI as a supporting tool—but as the primary creative engine.

As part of the Marketing Communications team, you will work closely with colleagues in Zurich and Prilly to create world-class visuals, films and campaign assets almost entirely with Generative AI, while helping shape the future of one of Switzerland's most dynamic telecom brands.

Your Responsibilities

• Create premium-quality AI-generated images, key visuals and campaign assets.
• Produce animated videos, TV commercials and social content using the latest Generative AI technologies.
• Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for ATL, digital, social media, retail, POS and non-traditional advertising.
• Translate ideas into compelling layouts, presentations and creative mock-ups
• Prepare production-ready artwork and collaborate with internal teams and external production partners.
• Work closely with Marketing Communications colleagues in Zurich and Prilly.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new AI tools, workflows and creative technologies.
• Ensure all creative work meets Salt's high standards for brand consistency, design excellence and production quality.

Your Profile

• Degree or professional experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Visual
• Communication, Marketing or a related creative discipline.
• Outstanding ability to create high-end visual content using Generative AI.
• Excellent knowledge of AI tools such as Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT, Veo, Runway, Kling, Magnific, Adobe Firefly or similar platforms.
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual communication.
• Excellent eye for typography, composition, branding and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating layouts for print, digital, OOH, social media and retail environments.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Curious, innovative and constantly experimenting with emerging AI technologies.
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken, is essential. German and/or French are considered a strong advantage.
