AI Transformation Specialist - VIE French Speaker [F/M/X]

Job description

As part of Mantu’s growth, we are looking for a new team member within our Strategy & Transformation team. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will be part of a multicultural team with people based in various countries. You will play a key role in driving the adoption and value creation of artificial intelligence tools and practices across the Group.

Your missions

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of new artificial intelligence tools, including planning, milestone definition, and follow-up until adoption is achieved
• Coordinate workstream leaders and involved entities to ensure seamless rollout
• Design and implement internal communication strategies for each deployment
• Explore partnerships with digital learning providers to support AI upskilling
• Deploy differentiated training paths by role, from foundational to advanced certification
• Track training completion and skills progression across the Group
• Manage a network of transformation leaders across brands and corporate functions to relay AI transformation
• Coordinate entities’ roadmaps and quarterly objectives related to AI transformation
• Organize and animate the community through regular sessions and best practice sharing
• Organize internal hackathons to accelerate the creation of concrete AI use cases
• Identify and unlock complex cross-functional processes for AI application
• Build momentum and visibility around the transformation program
• Track productivity gains and savings generated by AI tools
• Consolidate results at Group level and report monthly to leadership

Your profile

• Experience in project management, artificial intelligence, and change management
• Experience with generative AI tools
• Academic background: Master’s degree in management, engineering, or a related field
• English and French fluent
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy/transformation teams (minimum 2 years)
• Experience running change or adoption programs across multiple countries or entities with measurable results
• Experience in training and learning design is a plus
• Experience in internal communication and influencing is a plus
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to build and defend value measurement models
• You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable presenting to executives and training end users
• You demonstrate the ability to drive progress across teams without formal authority
