For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

5+ years of experience as an Application Production Support;

Expert-level Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting for log analysis, troubleshooting, and automation across production environments;

Proficiency in Kubernetes/Docker, Ansible, and Dynatrace for container management, configuration automation, and service monitoring;

Experience with Data Warehouse, Data Platforms, Database, Oracle, PL-SQL & SQL;

Having practice with Autosys and Middleware (like MQ, and Tomcat), Cloud computing, and Reporting tools (like PowerBI/Tableau);

Being familiar with ITIL Practices;

Fluency in English (at least a C1 level);

Availability for a hybrid model of work (based in Lisbon);

Being based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
