Overview:

The leading bank in the European Union is seeking an Application Support.

What will you do?

• Knowledge of customer complaints, questions and problems management techniques as well as call taking management


• Collaborate/work in a team, adaptability and be results-oriented


• Putting into practice customer relationship techniques, rigor and resilience


• Use of management and decision-making tools


• Command of computer tools
  

What are we looking for?

• An experience of minimum 3 years as technical support advisor


• A good knowledge of Data business is mandatory


• Agile experience


• A first experience in Banking/insurance environment is a plus


• Fluent in French and English


• Ability to travel within the Portugal


• Ability to travel outside the Portugal
