For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

3 years of experience as a Technical Support Advisor

A solid understanding of Data business concepts is mandatory, enabling effective translation of business needs into actionable IT requirements.

Proven analytical and organizational skills are essential for identifying process malfunctions, reporting anomalies, and contributing to continuous operational improvement.

Strong written and oral communication skills are required to maintain high-quality customer relationships, manage internal client satisfaction, and escalate dissatisfaction appropriately.

A proactive, pragmatic, and autonomous working style is expected, including the ability to propose areas for process and organizational improvement and contribute to the updating of operating procedures.

Fluency in English (B2)

Fluency in French (B2)

Availability for Hybrid model, 2/3x a week based in Porto or Lisbon

Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
