Right now, we are looking for an Applications Support for a
client on our Talent Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide application support across
  multiple business solutions (e.g., ERP, Procurement, hospitality systems)
  
• Analyze and troubleshoot application
  issues, ensuring timely resolution
  
• Support business processes related
  to finance, billing, suppliers, and logistics
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and
  stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve system performance
  
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency
  across systems
  
• Identify opportunities for process
  and system improvements
  

You must have:

• Degree in IT or a related field
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in
  application support across multiple solutions (e.g., ERP, Procurement systems,
  hospitality/restaurant solutions)
  
• Functional knowledge in one or more
  of the following areas:
  
• Accounting and Finance
  
• Billing and Customer Management
  
• Suppliers and Accounts Payable
  
• Logistics – Warehouse Management
