About the Role

Join an international team supporting a leading global video-sharing platform. You will interact with content creators, understand their requirements and help connect them with the right platform support and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with content creators and understand their needs.
• Introduce relevant platform tools and features.
• Support content creators in improving their platform experience.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments or follow-up interactions.
• Communicate with customers through phone, email and video calls.
• Maintain productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• Native-level Portuguese and fluent English.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, online advertising or social media.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude and interest in social media and digital platforms.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Training & Contract

• Training: Approximately 20 working days.
• Training schedule: 8 hours per day, delivered in English.
• Training contract: 40 days.
• Training compensation: €760/month.
• Successful completion leads to a 12-month employment contract.
• One-month trial period after employment contract signature.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00–17:00
• 40 hours per week, plus a one-hour lunch break.

Additional Benefits

• Annual leave: Up to 20 days in the first year, depending on joining date; 22 days in subsequent complete calendar years.
• Portuguese public holidays apply.
